PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project management is carried out based on the APQP method, which is adapted to our processes and products. With future plan, we define activities and responsibilities, which are regularly reviewed at project meetings. For each project, we define milestones and goals, which are then evaluated. In project management we use quality methods of the automotive industry (feasibility assessment, FMEA, management plan, SPC, MSA, PPAP, EMPB) and appropriate activities for project verification and validation.

We produce high quality products based on your drawings and specifications. In close cooperation with you, we develop an optimum process of product manufacture through pressing or injection. We use tools developed by specialized toolmakers with whom we have been cooperating for many years.

PRODUCTION

Flexible production and top quality are crucial for us and for you, as only the best is good enough for our customers. Our ERP enables computer monitoring of the entire process from the input materials, through the production process and storage up to the delivery to the customer, which enables the accuracy and traceability of the series at any time.

The company is oriented towards development and continual improvements in all areas; this way we provide the company with a competitive advantage. Therefore, at Norka GT d.o.o. we produce our products with state of the art press and injection machines. The production itself is based on high-tech rubber injection machines of world-renowned manufacturers such as Desma, Maplan, LWB, etc.

Another important factor in our production success is the knowledge and experience of our employees who continuously prove that they are experts in their field.

The third important factor is our reliable suppliers, with whom we have been cooperating for many years.

Flexible processing according to your requirements – pre-treatment and post-treatment of pieces:

Our machine park houses more than 27 machines in the range of 90-460 t of closing power.

MEASUREMENT PERFORMANCE

We are aware that we must determine the exact characteristics of input materials and products in order to ensure that we meet customer requirements. As a modern company, we are equipped with a series of state of the art measuring devices.

Our main measuring equipment enables measuring of:

Rheological properties of rubber compounds
Hardness (ShoreA, IRHD)
Density
Permanent residual deformations
Dimensional characteristics

LOGISTICS

We have over 6000 m2 of covered storage premises where we can safely, economically and systematically store all input materials and finished products.

Our storage premises are ready and insulated to provide the right temperature for the storage of rubber compounds and finished products.

Upon customer agreement, we perform logistic services in accordance with INCOTERMS 2010.
